Robert Abbasi is a seasoned real estate executive with over 40 years of experience in property investment, management, development, and finance. He is Vice Chairman and Principal of Beach Front Property Management. BFPM is TCAC and HUD certified, and Robert has been instrumental in managing affordable housing projects, including RoomKey initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic and providing transitional housing management services for HACLA.
Robert’s extensive background also includes founding RTI Properties, Inc. in 1986, where he developed and managed a wide range of properties across the country. His work has involved financing low-to-moderate-income housing projects and collaborating with city and state agencies on affordable housing developments. Robert’s deep involvement in the real estate sector, especially in affordable housing and bridge lending, has made him a well-respected figure in the industry.
