Kris Hulgreen

Kris Hulgreen was recruited to Beach Front Property Management nearly 25 years ago, shortly after he graduated from college. At that time Kris was a resident at one of Beach Front’s managed communities.

As an on-site manager, Kris excelled and was promoted through the ranks of the company. He gained valuable experience at every level of the organization. In his currently roll as Chief Operating Officer, Kris is involved in high-level decision making as well as day-to-day operations, bringing efficiency and effectiveness to Beach Front and it’s clients.

Kris has completed his Certified Apartment Manager Course 1 (CAM I) and his EPA Renovation Certification. Kris holds a bachelor of science degree from Cal State Fullerton. He also played for the varsity soccer team at CSF and was inducted into the Hall of Fame for soccer at his alma mater, Mater Dei in 1997.
