Kyle Kazan

Kyle Kazan is the Founder and Chairman of Beach Front Property Management, Inc. He is also a founder and managing member of Beach Front Properties LLC, a real estate syndication company. His portfolio spans residential and commercial properties across the U.S., China, and Germany. Kyle’s focus on distressed properties has earned him the reputation of both an “impact investor” and a “vulture investor.” His expertise in repositioning rundown properties into stable assets has earned him recognition as a court-certified expert in property management.

In addition to real estate investing, Kyle has also managed venture capital. He has been a Director of the Dalton Distressed Mortgage Fund, Dalton High Yield Mortgage Fund, and Kings Bay Investment Company, Ltd.

Before forming BFPM and BFP, Kyle was a special education teacher. He subsequently served for five years in law enforcement, where he garnered his expertise in gang and drug identification/eradication. This experience in law enforcement has added a unique dimension to Kyle’s professional background and showcases his diverse skill set. Kyle has extensive experience repositioning troubled assets, turning them into pride-of-ownership properties with high occupancy, above-market rents, and resident ratings. Kyle received his BA degree in History from the University of Southern California.
