About Oceanside, CA
Oceanside is a coastal city located in San Diego County. The city is best known for its Oceanside Harbor and Harbor Beach. It is also home of the California Surf Museum, which was founded in 1986 and surf art, equipment, memorabilia, and other surf related displays. In 1882, Andrew Myers moved to the land that would become Oceanside and a patent was issued in 1883. The city was incorporated on July 3, 1888. The city is home to just over 176,000 people.
