I had a great experience renting through BFPM, with King W. R. as my property manager. King made me feel very welcomed - he was professional, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the process. I was apprehensive looking for a place, at this time, during this Sars-Cov-2 Pandemic - but BFPM provided a virtual tour on their site and King was gracious to offer a facetime walk-through of the space. The 1X1 apartment is beautifully equipped with brand new appliances, new cabinets, and wood flooring. The complex is clean and modern. I'm looking forward to adventuring out and getting to know the area more once the guidelines are lifted - but until then I'm excited to call this place home. I have been living in the apartment complex located in Hawthorne Ca for about 9 months and have seen a lot of positive changes to our building. Paint has been done, new flooring and some of the apartments also received new toilets I’m sure these were done just to keep everything looking up to date. I have no complaints! Our building Manager Antonio is always available for our needs whether it’s a quick question or when we need assistance with our plumbing, electrical etc.

I just want to start by saying I have NEVER, in my life met a woman so incredibly caring, understanding and patient. My rental process was very lengthy (to say the least) and in no way Veronica Pulido’s fault, and from start to finish, she was so sweet and patient throughout the whole process. I consider myself honored to have found such a special and dedicated manager. Thank u Beach front property’s for making your property our beautiful home.
